We collect information you choose to provide directly to us. Today, that happens in one place on this site: the job application form. When you submit it, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- The role you're interested in (if provided)
- A link to your LinkedIn profile or portfolio (if provided)
- Any message or details you choose to share about your background and interests
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts to collect information about your browsing activity on this site.
How we use your information
Information submitted through our application form is used solely to evaluate candidates for open roles at EcomProject and to follow up with you about your application. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this website and route application submissions:
- Form delivery: application submissions are routed via a third-party form-processing service directly to our hiring team's inbox. We do not store submissions in a separate database.
- Hosting: this site is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure.
- Fonts: typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard request data (such as IP address) as part of delivering font files.
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy practices, in addition to ours.
Data retention
We retain application submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate current and future opportunities, or until you ask us to delete your information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted to us at any time. To do so, use the contact form on our careers page and let us know what you'd like us to do.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for prospective job candidates and business contacts. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our site or practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
